Steve Jobs, co-founder and two-time CEO of Apple, offered his resignation to the company’s board Wednesday. “I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple’s CEO, I would be the first to let you know,” he wrote. “Unfortunately, t…

No, not because you don’t know what you’re going to get. More like, what you’re not getting out of life right now.
Remember being a kid and how the little things in life made you so super happy? Getting a pack of baseball cards and opening them with a friend. I’m sure girls do different…
10 Min Foodie
It’s time for me to buckle down and start cooking. Thank god for the internet and millions of 30 min or less recipes or I’d be eating out every night (blah).
Tonight Egg Drop Soup. Thanks allreceipes.com =) http://bit.ly/dZfUhz

How to Get Rich - Eight Steps to Getting Rich
How to Get Rich - Eight Steps to Getting Rich
1) Analyze your need. Desire is insufficient. Compulsion is mandatory.
2) Cut loose from negative influences. Never give in. Stay the course.
3) Ignore ‘great ideas’. Concentrate on great execution.
4) Focus. Keep your eye on the ball marked ‘The Money Is Here
’ 5) Hire talent smarter than you. Delegate. Share the annual pie.
6) Ownership is the real ‘secret’. Hold on to every percentage point you can.
7) Sell before you need to, or when bored. Empty your mind when negotiating.
8) Fear nothing and no one. Get rich. Remember to give it all away
I watched Surrogates last night. Basically every person has Surrogate/robot that looks just like them. The person stays home so they’re safe, and sends the surrogate out in the real world to live lives for them. The person is plugged into some machine, so they can feel/see/live everything the Surrogate is doing out there in the real world.
Thought: Isn’t this actually coming true. Except instead of owning Surrogate robots, we own social media accounts. Think about it. Social media allows us to hide behind a screen and effectively interact with the outside world, almost as well as if we were walking into banks, shopping at the grocery store, meeting new friends etc. All the essentials we need in life are now able to be completed through social media and the www.
I had the inspiration to pull a Bruce Willis and ban my surrogate (fb/tumblr/twitter) and actually do all the talking I wanted to do live time. First thing I did? Opened up Tumblr to write about my Bruce Willis inspiration.

Well, once again the next and final ‘SITC’ show is…….. tomorrow!
Thank you all who attended, watched, contributed and especially remixed for the last show. It was an incredible evening.
Find out what we are doing for the show tomorrow and how you can contribute to be a part of it!
Help sifting through the 870 contributions of the RE: CITES collaboration and make an album of the RECords that you think are golden. Name that album your “selects” and contribute it to the collaboration “RE: CITIES Selections.”
We pulled out an awesome rough draft of the “Glitch Live Acts” music video in just 24 hours. Now lets refine it some more and really focus on making a high energy ‘Glitichified’ ending.
Also, we need a brand new INTRO for the show. Follow the script and lets make a completely different version than the previous 2. Do whatever you want with it…. surprise me.
And, now that we have so many great readings of our tiny stories from the ‘SITC’ shows, lets incorporate them with some music and moving images and make some tiny videos to screen at the show tomorrow.
Well, I can’t tell you enough how great it’s been doing these shows here in NYC and how incredibly awesome our community has come through with REmarkable REsults for us to screen.
I cannot say it enough….
Thanks and thanks again.

This is an awesome interview. I’m so impressed at how Peter Travers tailored the interview to @hitRECordJoe. Including having his own camera, editing the cameras together into the final video, having a guitar and V mask at the ready. well played by both.

We don’t release copyrighted material on hitRECord.org — so at our SUMMER IN THE CITY show last night, I wanted to do something just for that room at that time, nothing “productive.” But of course, somebody recorded it and put it on YouTube, which is awesome, thanks julesette!
Here’s a bunch more RECords from the show last night.
